Our team regularly appear in the civil courts and children’s hearings representing all parties involved whether they are children, parents, grandparents etc. Billy Warden is a Safeguarder to children within the Children’s Hearing system and he, Linda Clark and Cheryl McKnight are all regularly called upon by the courts to prepare reports in cases where residence and contact with children are in dispute or in Permanence Order/Adoption proceedings cases.
