Billy Warden

Billy obtained his Law Degree in 1990 and Diploma in Legal Practice in 1991 both from the University of Aberdeen. He commenced his training in 1991 and has worked within various firms at all levels since then and has been a Partner with Culley & McAlpine since 2021. He is responsible for the conveyancing department and can assist with all aspects in domestic house sales and purchases. He also has an interest in Children’s Law and is regularly appointed by the Sheriff Court to investigate and report upon cases involving children e.g. adoptions and residence/contact disputes. He is also a Safeguarder to children within the Children’s Hearing process and is involved with that on a weekly basis. Outside of work, Billy is a keen musician and has played in various bands.
