We have both private paying clients and legal aid clients. We will always assess your entitlement to legal aid. Legal aid is offered for Family Law, Criminal Court work, Wills, Power of Attorney and may cover other civil matters.
We also offer a free 15-minute consultation to assess if you qualify for Legal Aid. This is a great opportunity for clients to find out if their problem requires a solicitor and for us to advise on the best way to proceed and if you may be entitled to Legal Aid for the work.
